Hosted by the Department of Parks, Recreation, and Community Facilities and Capital Trees

What?

We will be performing tree maintenance tasks and general landscaping, as well as litter pick up in Byrd Park around the Round House. Planted in November 2025, these young trees not only help us to expand our urban tree canopy, but also once reaching maturity, will help us off set any losses as more mature and older trees on property decline with old age and storm damage.

When?

Tuesday, October 20th, from 1 p.m. - 3 p.m.

Where?

At the Roundhouse in Byrd Park, near the 2400 block of Lakeview Ave.
