Cool the City Mural

In the summer of 2025, local Richmond artist Paris Allen completed a giant Cool the City mural at 411 N 1st Street. Paris says the mural reminds her of Audrey Hepburn's quote: “As you grow older, you will discover that you have two hands: one for helping yourself, the other for helping others.”
